It is an economical method of upgrading your ventilation system because it is more efficient and offers a better holding capacity. Antimicrobial treatment is available and can be ordered dry or with an adhesive. Available in a wide range of sizes.

Through an exclusive manufacturing process, the layers are then bonded together to form a baffle type design. The Fiberglass Pocket Bag is designed to remove smoke, fumes, bacteria, fungi and other virus bearing contaminants. This high efficiency bag filter is also excellent for removal of atmospheric contaminants such as pollen, dust, and smog. It is available in MERV 9, MERV 12, MERV 13 and MERV 14 efficiencies.
Synthetic Pocket Bag Filters
Medium and high efficiency synthetic pocket filters offer the best filtration for the cost. Individual pockets are assembled into a sturdy galvanized header proving rigid support for the filter. The filter element is fully synthetic, non fiber shedding nor affected by humidity and consists of layered and blended polypropylene melt blown fibers attached to a dense polypropylene backing.

Two Layer Link Panel filters are designed to fit any standard application and cross draft paint booths. Normally, this filter is installed in the paint booth doors. In addition, it can be installed in low pressure HVAC systems. The use of link panel filters in side access systems facilitates the changeout of the filters.
Dustguard - Heavy-Duty Two-Layer Tackified Intake Panels
Dustguard panels are designed for crossdraft and downdraft booths when a higher quality paint is used. It also can be installed in low pressure HVAC systems where a higher level of filtration is required. The use of linked panels in side access systems facilitates the changeout of the filters. Dustguard filter is constructed of two synthetic media layers. The first layer of white polyester acts as a prefilter. The second stage is a dual density synthetic media with an added adhesive. Dustguard media is non-toxic and non-allergenic. The adhesive prevents the migration of dust particles and increases its dustholding capacity.
