Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter is intended for purification of edible and technical plant oils on different production stages (primary purification, winterization, bleaching, hydrogenation). They can be used for purification of other similar carbon steel friendly liquids. Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter consists of a vertical tank with an elliptic cover with a folding bolt connection, which can be uplifted by means of a jack and swung aside with a swinging bracket. Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter elements are removable vertical leafs tied up on the top by means of a bundle retainer. For visual control of the flow and of the filter purity it is furnished with observational lanterns mounted on supply and lateral pipe-lines.

Oil sludge catchers are used for “rough” purification of oil, in other words – for the removal of large mechanical impurities (oil sludge) from crude oil by means of gravity sedimentation and further separation of sediment (oil sludge) from oil, which is removed for further purification from small mechanical impurities.

Filters of the brand ??? (vertical pressure leaf) are designed for purification of technical and edible oils on the different stages of processing: Primary purification of vegetable oils, in lines of winterization of vegetable oils, in lines of bleaching of vegetable oils,
separation of catalyst in the lines generating hydrogenated fat. Vertical filters can be also used for filtration of other substances (non-aggressive to carbon steel).

The police filter is a cylindrical vessel with a bag-shaped filter cloth and a removable cover. The police filters are designed to catch small solid particles (filter powder, talus, rust, scale, etc.) that get into liquids (oil, syrups, beer, juices, etc.) during cleaning on other filtration devices. In other words, they perform a preventive (“police”) function.
