Tank Aluminum Cover (TAC) products

The Aluminum Geodesic Dome is a self-supporting cover used usually in refineries and tank farms, where the storage product and the structural tank components must be protected from atmospheric and environmental influences, while the same time, minimize hazardous vapour emissions and preventing water from entering the storage tanks. They can be used for both new tanks and retrofit projects.

TANK ALUMINUM COVER has a full range of primary and secondary seals for internal and external floating roofs. Our sealing systems are customized according to the characteristics of each tank and requirements from our customers.

The I.F.R. Full Contact type is a emission controlling device which is completely vapor tight. The purpose of this internal floating roof is removing completely the vapor area and sealing the space above the floating roof, preventing the evaporation lost.

The I.F.R. Pontoon type is a floating internal roof and an emission-controlling device suitable for installation into all types of fixed roof storage tanks containing all types of crude and refined products. The purpose of the internal floating roof is to minimize vapour zone above the stored liquid. This system reduces emissions and evaporative losses of storage products, and less corrosive or oxidizing elements would be produced in the tank when removing the vapour zone from the fixed roof storage tanks, resulting in reduced air pollution and long term cost savings.

The TankCover is a system to reduce the VOC emissions from API separators in industrial plants and wastewater treatment plants.

TankCorr has been created to solve cover needs in water installations (sandboxes, decanters,..).  The existing gases and odours under the cover  where being self-supporting and with a fairly light weight, it minimizes the volume of gases and odours existing under it. This system is highly corrosion-proof and doesn’t require maintenance.

TankBaffle represents a new and very competitive approach to solve fluid guidance needs in water installations (sandboxes, settling tanks, etc.). This sheets are lightweight and strong, easily to dismantle for cleaning, they can be designed to be adapted to the particular dimensions of the concrete compartments and they’re built with a fastening system which makes possible the absorption of the irregularities of the walls using omega-type profiles. This system is highly corrosion-proof and doesn’t require maintenance.
