This Accident Investigation course uses video to deliver effective online training on how to properly investigate a workplace accident or incident. This training teaches proper investigative procedures and covers all of the basic skills required to conduct a proper accident or incident investigation. This training teaches how to analyze the facts, identify the contributing factors, and discover the root cause. In this Accident Investigation course, the entire investigation process is taught, starting with securing the area, all the way through the final stages of corrective actions and follow-up.

This training introduces the learner to pre-operational inspections and continues through safety procedures for driving, raising and lowering platform procedures, and parking procedures.
