Wastewater Treatment
te-cycTM is the ideal solution for commercial clients seeking to achieve Nitrate Neutrality on new developments and for municipal and industrial clients who require enhanced biological phosphorus removal to achieve tightening P consents or meet growth or ammonia drivers. The te-cycTM process incorporates an anaerobic selector zone, which suppresses the growth of bacteria that cause sludge bulking and includes internal recycling of the biomass to the main reactor zone to create the formation of ‘macroflocs’. The te-cycTM process, with over 500 reference plants around the world, is at the forefront of biological phosphorus removal, an enhanced biological treatment process for effective nutrient removal and sludge stabilisation.
Wastewater Treatment
The te-memTM process uses the submerged organic hollow fibre membranes which are wrapped around a carrier inside a cartridge and arranged in bundles. The cartridge provides the required strength and protection for the hollow fibre membranes and allows the application of high pressure air scouring for cleaning purposes, this turbulent air scouring results in high cleaning efficiencies. The cartridges are combined in modules with air scour and filtrate connections. The pore size of the membranes allows for the removal of bacteria and viruses. Its compact design makes the modules suitable for grey water / water re-use, as well as conventional water and wastewater treatment applications.

UV Disinfection System
Our containerised UV disinfection system is manufactured in sizes up to 500m3 / hr. It has been designed to be rapidly deployable, where there is a need to minimise water supply downtime. Our solution is fully compliant with the DWI Regulation 31 and has been designed around the specific water industry requirements set out in WIMES. Designed in standard ISO 20ft containers, multiple units can be connected to deal with a range of treatment capacity requirements and can be installed to provide 100% treatment duty and 100% standby redundancy capacity. Bespoke pipework layouts can be configured to accomodate exitsing pipeline arrangements on site. For easy isolation and maintenance, actuated butterfly valves are installed upstream and downstream of the UV reactor. UPS battery back up can be provide to provide constant protection if in power outages or in areas of unstable power supply.
High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis
Our next generation high efficiency reverse osmosis technology provides industry leading concentration rates with unparalleled energy efficiency, all with a highly compact footprint. Unlike conventional reverse osmosis, our proprietary SAM50 system can achieve a higher recovery within a smaller footprint by recirculating the feedwater around the membrane. Our patented pressure exchange process dramatically reduces the average pressure in the system and therefore the energy consumption. Working with our partner, Salinity Solutions, Te-Tech can offer scalable, modular systems to cater for a wide range of treatment needs, volumes and pressures.
