Our U-Channel sign posts are approved by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the American Assocation of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). They comply with the mechanical requirements for grade 60 steel of ASTM A499 and the chemical requirements for grade 1080 steel of ASTMA576. Posts are available in Green Baked enamel or Galvanized. Posts weigh approximately 2 pounds per foot. 3/8” diameter holes start 1” from top of post and are spaced every 1 inch, center to center.

Closed U-Channel profile allows for placing Reflector-Strips on front. Posts come drilled 1” down from top every 3” to 21”. Posts can be easily drilled with additional holes.

Square profile allows for you to place Reflector-Strips on front of post. Posts can be easily drilled with additional holes. Will not conduct electricity or interfere with radar.
