TECHNIC ONE products

TECHNIC ONE has realized many assembly lines. They allow operators to work in better comfort, safety and productivity conditions.

TECHNIC ONE a produced two assembly lines for high load excavators (100 Tons) as well as medium load ones (60 Tons). Those lines allow to easlily and quickly fit the production to those various types of excavators. The lines are equipped with a pulling system, which means that it gives a rate to the production: they move forward step-by-step at a specified pace.

TECHNIC ONE has produced an assembly line for wheel loaders. To the extent that those machines are produced upon request, in a totally random order, the line has been studied to maximize its adjustability with changes in production. It has been designed ensuring not to disturb or interrupt the production of an older line located in the same workshop, throughout the time needed to install this new line.

TECHNIC ONE has manufactured several production lines for Copeland, a world leader in the manufacture of compressors for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps.
