Airslide Belts which have been manufactured by Technical Fabrics partner Company for almost forty years, when the first conveyor lines were installed, using textiles to achieve material flow.

Cloths for Centrifugal Machines and the special filtration requirements of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, combined with the high mechanical wear on centrifugal cloths, has led to the implementation of a very precise manufacturing technique with well defined components.

The consistent quality of the fabrics are as a result of constant personnel training and continual updating of our production facilities. Our Sales Engineers have access to a whole database of applications, classified according to the industry and the filter type, special details such as operating conditions and the required performance of the cloth are logged and updated regularly.

Cloths for Filter Presses using the latest technology, including CAD/CAM, guarantees the quality of our products and ensures each type complies with the sizes on engineered drawings and/or samples given to us. Information is stored on application details and the various types of filter press in our database which is used by our Engineers to select the optimum filter cloth. High quality cloths are cut using the latest laser equipment ensuring the consistency of size and fabric quality. The wide range of fabrics produced by our partner companies solves many of the requirements of filter presses used in industrial processes and in environmental plants.

Precision woven mesh is supplied either in roll form cut to length, or cut to any shape either by laser, heat or cold cutting. Using a variety of manufacturing techniques, including high frequency welding, mesh can be fabricated into: Filter bags. Vibratory screens (Rotex, Simon, Buhler etc). Centrifugal screens (Kek, Gericke etc). Pretensioned screens (Algier, Sweco etc). clients frames can be refurbished. Microstrainer screens.

Filter bags are made from needlefelt and fabric manufactured by our partnership companies to guarantee quality and consistency. The bags can be:  Sewn for specific requirements. Thermowelded on line for a greater dimensional regularity, a better seal, and no stitch hole emissions.
