Sonic Air Systems has manufactured engineered drying systems for over 15 years.  Sonic Air Knife Drying Systems are used throughout manufacturing processes, very often drying is critical prior to the next manufacturing procedure or to final packaging.

T air liquid separators are code constructed of cast iron, carbon steel and 316SS and designed for a range of industrial applications including steam pipelines and compressed air pipelines. Castings are available with threaded connections as small as 3/4` to 3` in size and with ANSI flanged connections from 1` to 5` in size.

The Wanner Engineering F20 Hydra-Cell Pump is a powerful positive displacement pump capable of flow rates from 6 to 60 GPH at pressures to 1,500 PSI. These pumps are primarily used as metering pumps for a wide variety of industries for pumping everything from sulfuric acid to aqueous ammonia for NOx reduction at power plants. F20 Hydra-Cell Pumps have a steady state accuracy of ±1% with a repeatability and linearity to 3% or better, and therefore they are often used as a high capacity metering pumps. Its` high volumetric efficiencies combined with a huge selection of metallic and non-metallic materials of construction enable us to meter slurries, acids and critical additives with superior reliability.

Flat spray nozzles are one of the most common nozzles in use today. Available in virtually any material and numerous spray angles, the pattern generated by this type of nozzle concentrates the fluid in a thin line. Not all flat sprays are created equal! Spray nozzle design and precision machining have a significant effect on the stability of the spray pattern and impact achieved. The impact received is directly related to the density of the spray pattern, so the tighter you maintain the spray pattern, the more impact per in² will be received. Reducing the spray height to the minimum amount possible and using more nozzles also significantly increases the impact received.

The Patented Sonic FT system is designed to significantly accelerate the drying of mixing tanks, reactor vessels, totes and containers with volumes ≤ 600 ft³ (17 m³).  The Sonic FT system ensures the internal surface areas of these items are dried after they`re cleaned, prior to the filling process.
