The Tecweigh WY10 Single Idler Conveyor Scale is the most dependable and rugged belt scale on the market. The HY15 Hybrid Belt Scale was designed to incorporate the tried and true Tecweigh electronics package with the less costly modular scale frame design. The compact, low profile design is suitable for many conveyor applications (including mobile units). Made with heavy-duty cold rolled steel, the HY15 will withstand the harshest environments.

The Flex-Feed® Volumetric Feeder is an ideal solution for your solids metering needs. Designed to handle difficult materials, the Flex-Feed® polyurethane hopper with external agitation paddles, flexes the feed hopper to promote flow, condition material, and help reduce and eliminate product degradation, rat-holing or bridging. This also helps keep the auger full of material ensuring accurate volumetric feed rates. Our single auger design provides uniform and accurate metering of the product.  These Volumetric Feeders provide a robust and reliable solution while maintaining a low cost of ownership.

The polyurethane Flex-Feed® hopper is stronger, more resilient and abrasion-resistant than vinyl. No cracks or ledges exist to collect material. The hopper interlocks with the cabinet for a tight seal. The patented auger and feed-tube designs allow for quick, tool-less removal and re-assembly. Our Gravimetric Feeders are flexible enough to accommodate a wide variety of dry materials, from fine powders to large pellets. Our three different sizes of feeders can move from 0.003 ft3/hr to more than 900 ft3/hr.

The adjustable opening of the Tecweigh Control Gate provides flow control of aggregate materials ranging from sand to 6” material making it ideal for load-out, batching, and blending applications. Tecweigh Control Gates feature heavy duty galvanized steel construction and permanently lubricated motor, gearbox and bushings. Replaceable abrasion resistant wear liner plates can be supplied for even longer gate life. For extremely corrosive environments, stainless steel construction is available.

The HDBB-1000 frame is designed with a 2-ton integral powered hoist & trolley to quickly and conveniently load/unload super sacks.  Hoist control is simply done using the included pendant control.  The I-beam extends roughly 48 inches past the frame, so there is plenty of room to stage a full bag.
