Tecninox - Model PiBi VHP-H2O2 - Pass Box
Pass box with VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) biodecontamination system is suitable to sterilize thermolabile products. The chamber will be used to introduce into sterile areas all those materials that cannot be sterilized in an autoclave, typically heat sensitive products such as sterile petri-
dishes; sterile materials for validation or cleaning activities, such as disinfectants, electronic particle meters, laptops, etc.
Containment
Tecninox - Model Isotec - Full Containment System
The isolator is a system which allows to handle products and carry out activities fully isolated from the surrounding department or cleanroom. Tecninox designs Isotec systems able to maintain cleaning requirements, and sterility if needed, inside the containment rooms as well as protect both operator and environment from highly toxic products. Isotec line can be set up to meet all requirements both with positive and negative pressure.
Isotec - Air Blade Invisible Barrier Curtain System
Invisible Barrier combines the dynamic containment and an air curtain directed downwards, in front of the operator. The air flow creates a separation between the internal work area and the operator, intercepting and conveying the particles generated by the handling activities towards the inlet grids. The threefold effect is the operator, product and environment protection.
Decontamination
Tecninox - Model PAS - Air Shower for Personnel
The air shower is employed to decontamine the clothing of the operator entering a controlled contamination room (cleanroom) or exiting from an area infected or contaminated with powders which must not propagate outside. The air shower is designed on the basis of the personnel flow study. A specific software ensures the ideal process conditions. Doors can be directed on request and, according to the access point, positioned on the front, at the corner or on three sides (3 doors version).
Tecninox - Model MAS - Air Shower for Material
The operating principle is based on the action of filtered air jets, HEPA degree according to ISO EN 14644-1 standards, which at a 25 m/s~ speed cause the detachment of inert or inactive particles keeping them off of materials passing through the shower. Material can pass through the shower in both directions with different procedures. A specific software ensures the ideal process conditions.
Tecninox - Model Misty - Decontamination Water Shower
Misty decontamination water shower operates through the action of water spray which dampens the operator clothing (generally made in Tyvek), to adhere the dust, without getting him wet.
Tecninox - Model PiBi - Static And Dynamic Pass Box
Pass box PiBi is a high-tech equipment suitable to transfer materials between two areas differently classified, especially towards sterile areas in class A. It can be easily installed both on pharmaceutical mobile walls and on masonry/plasterboard walls.

Tecninox - Model Intellair - Fan Filter Unit
Intellair fan filter units generate a laminar airflow suitable for all those applications requiring the contamination control. It is a rectangular or square system suited to areas of any shape, thanks to its modularity. All models are available with automatic regulation of the flowrate. Tecninox - Model Jimbo - Laminar Flow Booth
Jimbo units are the most suitable solution for those areas requiring the environmental classification ISO 5 (as per EN 14644-1) of an isolated area, allowing to maintain sterility conditions and protecting the products from possible contaminations. Jimbo units can be suspended from the ceiling, supported by structures (e.g. Rabs) or placed on floor stands complete with castors or support feet.

Tecninox - Handling Systems
