Kinetic Assay for the determination of (1-3)-β-D-Glucan in human serum to detect an invasive mykosis (predominately Aspergillosis, Candidosis, Pneumocytosis).

Sample preparation: Non-lipemic dog serum is recommended. Centrifuge collected blood samples within 4 hours. Sample are stable for 72 hours at room temperature, for 5 days at 2-8 °C, long term storage at -20°C, or at -70°C. Maximum 3 freeze- and thaw cycles. Reference values: Serum of healthy canine < 5mg/l
