Extruded Tubing - PTFE Tubing
AWG - Extruded PTFE Tubing
Polytetrafluoroethylene or Teflon PTFE tubing is the first and most common of the fluoropolymer products. Spaghetti tubing, or small-diameter PTFE tubing manufactured to AWG (American Wire Gauge) sizes, has the widest range of applications thanks to its high service temperature, superior chemical resistance, and insulating properties. With a clean smoothbore interior PTFE Tubing AWG or extruded PTFE tubing, you get a restriction-free flow. Tubing manufactured from PTFE resins has a low permeability to gases and liquids. PTFE is almost completely inert to chemical attack, but under special conditions, it can be affected by such substances as alkali metals and halogens. PTFE is a solid fluorocarbon and has a very high molecular weight that consists solely of carbon and fluorine. PTFE Tubing is hydrophobic which means water nor any water containing substances can wet the surface of PTFE.

Extruded Tubing - FEP Tubing
Red Dawg - Extruded FEP Tubing
Extruded FEP Tubing is a Non-Shrinkable High Performance Fluoropolymer Sleeve designed for safety and reliability in extreme environments. Teflon FEP Tubing AWG ( Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene, American Wire Gauge ) has excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties that meet ASTM Standard Specification. A melt processable product, Teflon FEP Tubing can be made in longer lengths then that of PTFE tubing reducing the need for splices when transporting dangerous chemicals. FEP Tubing AWG sizes are a clear choice for fluid flow observation and is a low cost alternative to PFA tubing. Clear Teflon FEP Tubing can be found in various applications where resistance to chemicals at elevated temperatures is essential or where serviceability at extremely low temperatures is desired.
Extruded Tubing - PFA Tubing
Industrial Wall Extruded Smoothbore PFA Tubing
Extruded PFA Industrial Wall Tubing (Perfluoroalkoxy) is a Fluoroplastic with the highest temperature rating and widest chemical resistance of all melt processable fluoropolymers. Industrial Wall PFA Tubing demonstrates nearly the same outstanding capabilities as PTFE Tubing at high temperatures. PFA Tubing with a .030 ” wall has excellent transparency for use in flow processing. PFA Tubing is designed for high performance and high-purity applications. The semiconductor industry benefits from the ability of manufactures to produce a Teflon PFA Tubing using a High Purity Resin.
Extruded Tubing - High Purity Tubing
High Temperature High Purity PFA Tubing
High Temperature High Purity PFA Tubing is a Fluoropolymer born out of the needs of the high demand semi-conductor industries. UHP PFA is a melt extruded tube that manufactured for hostile environments where high purity is essential. High Purity PFA Tubing is non leaching and has a low water absorption rate which means that the chemicals passing through or over the PFA tubing will not leach into the tubing or tubing wall. UHP PFA is chemically inert, non wetting and has a low refractive index which allows for visual inspection of flow or cross contamination.
Convoluted & Corrugated - PTFE
Standard Flex Convoluted PTFE Tubing
Convoluted PTFE Tubing ( SAE-AS81914/1, AMS-T-81914/1 or M81914/1 ) is engineered to be an equivalent to that of Corrugated FEP Tubing where sharp turns and small band diameters are needed. It can be used as an electrical or fluid conduit in the semiconductor industry. PTFE Convoluted Tubing will operate in applications where high temperatures are required and other materials are not suitable. Aerospace Industry often utilize the properties of PTFE Tubing for wire harness and cable protection in production and maintenance of engines. PTFE and FEP Tubing and resins are FDA approved materials and can also be used in food and medical industry.
Convoluted & Corrugated - FEP
Extra Flex Convoluted FEP Tubing
Convoluted FEP Tubing made from a clear Teflon FEP hose that is designed to meet Mil 81914/4 and engineered to be equal to that of Corrugated FEP Tubing where sharp turns and small band diameters are needed. Convoluted FEP Tubing is ideal for industries that require visible inspections of fluid transfers. FEP is an FDA approved materials and can be used in food and medical industry. Convoluted FEP Tubing ( SAE-AS81914/4 or Mil 81914/4 ) is a moderately high temperature material that has a non-stick surface, allowing easy cleaning. Mil-Spec Convoluted FEP Tubing is an excellent electrical insulator and resist most corrosive liquids including acids.
Convoluted & Corrugated - ETFE
Standard Flex Convoluted ETFE Tubing
Convoluted ETFE Tubing Standard Flex is engineered to meet Mil Spec 81914/6 and is perfect as a secondary containment tube or complete conduit system for wires and harnesses. Designed from a rigid Fluoropolymer tube, convoluted ETFE is chemically inert and highly impact resistance yet is extremely light weight which makes it an ideal tube for Aerospace applications. Convoluted ETFE Tubing will operate in applications where high temperatures are required and other materials are not suitable. Even at extreme temperatures ETFE tubing will keep and maintain it mechanical properties. Mil-Spec Convoluted ETFE (AMS-T-81914/6 or M81914/6) is an excellent electrical insulator and resists almost all corrosive liquids and solvents including acids.
Convoluted & Corrugated - Cuffed Ends
Convoluted PTFE Tubing With Cuffs
Convoluted PTFE Tubing with Cuffs is a flexible tube with a spherical twist that allows for bend diameters equal to that of Corrugated FEP Tubing. Manufactured from a high temperature chemically inert Fluoropolymer resins Convoluted PTFE Tubing takes standard convoluted material and turns it into a hose with straight ends or cuffs that allow for an easy transition to barb fittings. This smooth transition in the tubing removes the convolutions which reduces bunching up of material and allows customers to use standard hose clamps for their application.
