Tek-Dry Systems  French Fry dryers are installed into some of the worlds largest producers, with processing capacities up to 25t/hr and beyond. All our dryers utilise a single pass design, and coupled with high moisture removal per m² of dryer, have a substantially reduced footprint. Key to our design philosophy is hygiene. Our equipment has exceptional internal access with sloping internal surfaces. Together with pre installed rinse in place systems, our dryers are easy to clean and low maintenance.

Tek-Dry Systems preform dryers & coolers are used for efficient surface water removal and cooling before further processing. Just like their bigger brothers, our preform dryer and cooler uses a single pass design and inherits the same hygienic philosophies.

Tek-Dry Systems snack dryers & ovens produce a wide range of high-quality snacks. Products processed include crouton and expanded or ‘puffed’ style snacks, as well as bread-based products. High evaporation rates and close moisture control are important features of our snack drying equipment. Tek-Dry latex foam equipment produces high quality latex foam mattresses and pillows. Lower operating temperatures used in manufacture allow the use of indirect heating to greatly reduce the risk of fire. We also design washing equipment to complement our drying / curing tunnels.

Tek-Dry Systems dryers provide exceptional internal access for polyurethane foam processing, enabling our customers to maintain a ‘clean’ machine, despite the ‘dirty’ nature of the process. Our impregnators are designed to complement the dryers, embracing our low maintenance, easy to clean philosophy.

Tek-Dry Systems suction drying principle is ideal for products such as leather fibre. Our control of air balance ensures lightweight granular products remain undisturbed during drying. Hygiene philosophies taken from our food equipment provide a very easy to clean design with low maintenance.

Tek-Dry Systems have produced one of the world’s largest Heat Soak ovens for toughened architectural glass. Used by a major UK glass producer, the oven can handle sheets up to 3m x 4m and has a capacity of 36 sheets per batch.
