Our Strobe 3500™ on a weighted, spring loaded base. These completely waterproof strobes perform a host of duties such as explosion resistant roadside hazard markers, underwater SAR markers, command post or escape route markers, hose markers and search markers. Military issue tough, as used by US/NATO. The weighted, spring-loaded bases keep the multifunction Strobe 3500 upright on all surfaces, even with heavy wind or rotor wash. This Electronic Visual Distress Signal Device (eVDS or eVDSD) is designed to meet   COLREGS Annex IV (d), and is thus an internationally recognized distress signal when used in the SOS mode. Boasting significantly brighter output as well as better battery life than our Strobe 200™, the Strobe 3500™ uses a high-intensity, multi-function, 10-watt LED strobe that can be seen for miles at night (conditions permitting with a clear lens). This durable strobe, crafted from ABS and LEXAN^®, is even more rugged with our new LED and circuitry. The Strobe 3500™ is double O-ring sealed, waterproof and dive rated to 500 feet (150 m). Optional color lenses available. Includes, at no additional cost, a Velcro strap. An Infrared (IR) version is available to approved government and military organizations.
