ECO - Ultrasonic Cleaning Generators

The ECO generator range is an inexpensive, powerful solution for simple cleaning. The robust design makes it ideally suited for use in harsh environments. It adapts to even tough operating conditions. The table housing variants, 19" rack version and the DIN top hat rail variant guarantee simple mounting and fastening. We offer generators up to 3000 watt peak output and in the 20 kHz - 40 kHz frequency range.

Screening

Telsonic - Screening Resonators

The TELSONIC screen resonators were developed for use in screening machines. The resonator distributes the ultrasonic vibrations optimally over the entire screen fabric. The continuous cleaning of the fabric improves screen performance, minimises material stress and prevents powder caking on the fabric and other components. The resonators are available with fixed or bolted-on converters and are ATEX-certified. In order to ensure uninterrupted powder flow, the converter can also be mounted outside of the screening machine.

Telsonic - Model SG47 - Screening Generator

The SG47 screening generator is part of the SONOSCREEN®plus range. It is set apart by flexible settings and high performance. The SG47 is suitable for diverse applications. With optimised presets, it is possible to achieve productivity gains amounting to tens of percent. The SG47 automatically looks for the optimum resonance points. The system is gentle on the material, does not have to be cleaned nearly as often and is extremely energy-efficient. Existing screening systems can be upgraded to the SONOSCREEN®plus without great expense. Users can set the best configuration for their own particular needs using the Telso®Flex Screening operating software. In this way, it is possible to find the ideal setting for efficient screening results every time. Both heavy and lightweight pigment powders can be screened efficiently with the lowest possible energy input.

Plastic Welding

Telsonic HandyStar - Energy Handheld Ultrasonic Welder

The HandyStar Energy can be used for a multitude of applications. Perfect for manual workstations or as an entry-level device. A solution for your ultrasound application. These are typically spot welding, riveting, crimping and cutting. With 600 W peak power and 375 W continuous power, it can also be used for all other 35 kHz applications. The HandyStar Energy is based on the proven MAG Multi-Application Generator and, in addition to the manual mode, also masters the common welding modes such as time and energy. Converter cooling by compressed air is integrated and is switched on automatically if required. This minimizes the consumption of cooling air and your operating costs.

TelsoSplice - Model TS3 - Stand Table Unit

The TelsoSplice TS3 is a well-proven and sophisticated wire splicing system. Thanks to its strong design, it is capable of splicing from 0.26 up to 40 mm² cross section. Because of the lightweight and compact design, it is ideal for use as a portable unit on wire harness assembly boards. The same weld head can also be used in pre-fabrication and is available in various bench top and stand configurations.

Telso Splice - Model TS6 - Wire Welding Machine

The TelsoSplice TS6 is an advanced wire welding machine for large nodes. Thanks to its rugged construction it is possible to weld a wide range of cross sections, from 2.5 to 100 mm² *. The weld head and the associated control system are integrated into an ergonomic table. The TelsoSplice TS6 is programmed and operated via a touch-screen monitor with intuitive user interface. Defining and loading individual nodes and sequences is straightforward. The configuration of different welding modes and quality windows is easy. The different user levels and statistical evaluation help to assure consistent quality. The network connection enables straightforward data exchange and connection to a production control system. Cross sections above 85mm² require previous verification. Extremely hard and tough wires may not be able to be processed even though they are within the cross section range.
