The SteriMega Plus autoclaves are steam sterilization units designed for processing a wide range of materials: solid or porous products and also liquids in pharmaceutical production. Sometimes a standard cabinet does not meet the needs of the users’ application. Maybe you as a user are looking for a laminar flow product with a different width or height than offered by a standard product. This is what we describe as a “customized laminar flow or microbiological safety cabinet”.

The LyoBeta is a freeze drying unit designed for biological, pharmaceutical and food product formulation and “scale up” work, facilitating transfer technology to the R&D centres and production. It is a high performance unit with a GLP design, which allows for performing the entire freeze drying process fully automatically as well as accurately monitoring it.

Laboratory space is valuable. Compared to traditional freezers, Telstar Boreas Ultra Low Temperature Freezers use ultra-thin vacuum insulation panels. With only 80 mm of insulation, they guarantee a much better insulation value than the 125 mm standard PU foam. A temperature of -86^oC is guaranteed for an ambient up to +30^oC. Furthermore thin insulation increases the storage capacity by up to 30%.

Space hardware must withstand very demanding environmental conditions whilst in orbit. The combination of extremely low pressure and sudden temperature changes is critical because heat dissipation is limited without the help of the surrounding air molecules. Our TVACs provide the necessary vacuum levels and allow simulating extensive and quick temperature variations occurring in orbit. They are used worldwide to validate and test space hardware, from small mechanisms and parts to complete spacecraft assemblies.
