Laboratory Treatability Testing for Waste and Soil Matrices
TerraTherm designs and implements laboratory treatability studies and pilot tests to confirm the feasibility of treatment of specific waste/soil matrices. These studies inform technology selection and determine the degree of treatment possible for different temperatures and durations. They are particularly useful, and in some cases may be required, when confronting an unusual contaminant, mixture of contaminants, or a matrix that has not been encountered previously.

TerraTherm Facilities and Treatment Equipment
Our 67,000 sq feet of industrial space in out new location in Gardner, Massachusetts gives us an ideal platform for storage, fabrication, welding, and staging for multiple simultaneous projects deployed worldwide. This facility houses our corporate offices, research and development efforts, and our welding and fabrication equipment. Our in-house fabrication capabilities give us the agility to scale up to meet project requirements, build our proprietary heaters to meet demand, and create or modify treatment equipment for specific purposes.
Health and Safety Program for Environmental Remediation Projects
Safety is fundamental to TerraTherm`s everyday culture. Whether working in the office or at a project site, we are dedicated to operating and maintaining projects in a safe manner. Our Health and Safety Program is an integral part of each project. Potential hazards and exposures are identified and managed through the performance of a site survey and by open communication with managing contractors and clients. We believe that even one on-the-job accident is not acceptable. Safety is not just a policy, but rather an attitude that pervades every job we do.
Monitoring Devices for Soil Temperature Data Collection
TerraTherm`s projects are monitored closely, both on site and remotely, to ensure proper system performance and reliability. We deploy a multitude of advanced monitoring devices to perform real-time collection of an extensive array of soil temperature data, which are communicated through remote protocols to on site and remote computers. Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) are installed to monitor and control operating and performance parameters at each site.
