Trust Tescor to build the conditioned air supply you need. The Conditioned Air Supply System consists of an Air Conditioning Unit (ACU) and a Pressure Control Unit (PCU). The ACU draws in outdoor air, cools and dehumidifies the air, and then re-heats and injects steam to regulate temperature and humidity levels. The PCU utilizes a receiving chamber and linear control valves to feed the correct amount of air to the test unit while maintaining a constant flow of air through the ACU to maintain maximum stability.

Tescor’s ambient calorimeters can be supplied as calibrated room type or full balanced ambient with a conditioned annular space around the test room. Complete with a computerized, fully automatic data acquisition and control system, our balanced ambient calorimeters are known throughout the industry to achieve the most precise air conditioner rating results.

Our chambers maintain any temperature from -73.33°C to 121.11°C, and can be supplied with temperature and humidity PID controls or fully computerized data acquisition and control systems. Tescor`s chambers feature industry leading RH control ranges and tolerances.

For bulk storage of pharmaceutical products, these custom-built, low-temperature chambers can maintain a continuous -80°C. Additionally, they can include a +4°C ante-room to help prevent moisture migration. The system can be set up as standalone freezers or as temperature-controlled compartments with doors. Other options include a -20°C corridor, redundant controls, redundant refrigeration systems, backup LN2 cooling, and/or power, customizable finishes, and airor water-cooled condensers.
