Tessenderlo Kerley is a leader in the world marketplace for sulfur recovery and processing. Our expertise includes both the ability and the technologies to develop and operate a complete package of design and construction, financing, operating, ownership and marketing sulfur-based services that can be tailored to fit any situation. TKI processes typically achieve sulfur recovery levels of 99.995% with on-stream factors of 99.95 to 99.99%. Our capability also includes emissions control for sulfuric acid plants, smelters, power plants and mercaptan processing plants.

From products to onsite technology for wastewater management, TKI meets the challenge. TKI specializes in the production of cost effective and efficient products to handle large-scale wastewater management challenges. TKI also operates a wastewater management company, Environmentally Clean Systems, LLC (ECS), providing on-site services to reclaim produced water, frac water, flow back water and black water.

Our Project Services team supports our drive for operational excellence through designing and constructing our processing plants, and supporting plant modifications or expansions. The highly qualified Project Services engineers and fabrication personnel is based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, but works on-site at locations throughout the U.S. and around the world.
