Water And Wastewater Analysis
The need for water and liquid substance is inevitable in almost all manufacturing industries. Used water or liquid substances are going out of the system after the various processes. This output is discharged usually to the receiving environment or the sewage. Factors affecting water pollution in our country can be classified as; industrialization, urbanization, population growth, agricultural pesticides and chemical fertilizers. The negative impact of industry on the environment is much more than other factors. Liquid wastes of industrial organizations, directly or indirectly affects the water pollution. Water pollution negatively and continuously affects the natural life, and control of water pollution increases the water quality, for that reason; institutions which have industrial, urban population, agricultural or chemical contaminants are controlled by various laws and regulations.
Environmental Management
Environmental Risk Analysis
`Environmental risk` is defined as possibility that directly or indirectly affects environment or human health. In order to control and prevent industrial risks, and maintain projects reaching an absolute success, we are supporting the projects which are in the process of generation and implementation. In this context, we are preparing Environmental Risk Analysis by creating common work areas with our customers, and providing information about the Environmental Risk Management.
Occupational Health And Safety
Periodical Checks
A) Control of Lifting and Transport Equipment Lifting Machines and vehicles shall be checked by the operators before operation, and steel cables, chains, hooks, straps, pulleys, brakes and automatic stoppers shall be checked entirely once in every three months by an authorized technician, and a control document shall be prepared and kept in a special file at the work place. Lifting Machines shall have the power to lift and keep suspended 1.5 times of the operating weight efficiently and safely, and they shall have solid loading brakes sufficient for that load (Occupational Health and Safety Bylaw, Clause 376, 378).
Energy Efficiency
Carbon (Footprint) Calculations
Carbon footprint is the measurement of human activity-based environmental damage as the amount of greenhouse gases. The result is defined as unit carbon dioxide. Carbon footprint calculations include; carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases emissions generated as the result of activities. All related activities that the company has are examined in detail, activity based greenhouse gas emission inventory is extracted and the results are reported according to ISO 14064 standard. By calculating the carbon footprint; you can monitor the energy consumption of your organization, can take the attention of institutional investors, could add prestige to your company, and prepare for new regulations.
Mechanical And Electrical Safety
Ground And Ligtning Measurements
We are performing electrical measurements of ground and lightning rod etc. according to “Ground rules” and other related regulations and reporting relatively.
