Production Testing
Tetra - Choke Manifolds
The choke manifold is the primary means of well control. Utilizing either a fixed or an adjustable choke of a predetermined size, the choke manifold enables you to control both flow and pressure. With dual flow paths the chokes can be changed without interruption to the flow. Used from frac flowback to well testing operations, the choke manifold comes in various sizes and multiple valve configurations to suit any and all requirements.
Tetra - Coflexip Armored Steel Hose
From the worldwide leader in flexible armored hoses Coflexip, manufactured to meet the rigors of the testing environment with successive layers of a stainless steel and thermoplastic to produce unique structures that have the strength and durability of steel pipes combined with the flexibility of reinforced rubber hoses. Each layer works independently from the others, as no vulcanization is used during manufacturing. This results in the structural stability of the pipe. Used in production testing for flow and kill lines, the hoses are Coflon lined for higher temperature applications.

TETRA Data Acquisition Systems employ leading technology devices to monitor process parameters including pressures, levels, flow rates, valve positions and fluid characteristic.Data is captured on a local network and may be transmitted via data transfer carriers ranging from satellite, cellular, point to point micro-wave, and fiber optic transmission. TETRA employs custom engineered solutions that range from simple data capture and transfer, to integrated well test data acquisition systems and on to full scale integrated Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems with surveillance and intervention capability.

The Data Header is multi ported section of pipe used for data gathering and or access to the flow line for chemical injection or sampling. Available in different configurations for required piping systems, from hammer unions to API flanged pipe.Ported with either National Pipe Thread or Swagelok connections for monitoring or injection.
