When process sample pressure is too high, or the application calls for a fixed amount of sample, Texas Sampling`s fixed volume sampler is a perfect selection. By turning one valve, you can isolate sample pressure, purge sample bottle before dispensing, and verify purge flow. Internally, our valve combines four different functions. A specific amount of sample is captured in a fixed volume chamber and blown down into the sample container with low pressure nitrogen. We further enhance our system with our Process Needle Purge (PNP) feature.

Texas Sampling`s Manual Continuous sample system is a closed loop liquid sampler that satisfies many sampling needs. This system will take emission free, representative samples of process while providing operator safety. Our patented valve design ensures zero dead volume throughout the sample valve assembly. Easy to install and operate, process pressure is used to dispense the sample into the sample bottle.

Texas Sampling, Inc. has several patented LPG sample systems that can take samples of LPG liquids or gases. Our LPG sample systems enable operators to obtain samples of liquids with high vaporization pressures. Sample is captured in a sample cylinder for easy transportation to the lab. Texas Sampling cylinder saddles help ensure proper alignment and prevent leakage when connecting the cylinder. The cylinder is safely secured to the plate by the saddles. For maximum operator safety, our design allows the operator to maintain the proper outage. Excess sample left in the system is also vented so that the pressure in the quick connects is reduced. Simple operation and easy on / off design of the sample cylinder make our system a good choice for any high vaporization liquid or gas application.

Features a 1/4 turn, three way ball valve with a .187 orifice. Our sample valve features a customized ball that allows continuous flow during the sampling process. The MH sample system is typically used for lower pressure and temperature applications with a return.

A free flowing needle valve allows for continuous flow through a 1" or smaller orifice. The sample valve allows the operator to control the flow of the sample being dispensed. The MD sampler is used for higher pressure and temperature applications where continuous flow is desired or viscous process is encountered.

The close coupled blowback system is a very versatile system. Texas Sampling`s MB system is designed with the capability to blow static process back into the tank before the sample is obtained. Process Needle Purge (PNP) is used to remove all residual process from the valve. Tank farms and pipelines without sample return are ideal locations for this type of sample system.
