Bionetics Rheotherm - Model 210 - Thermal Low Flow Liquid Meters
Low flow liquid meters are specialized flow measurement devices that measure small liquid volumes and low flow rates. These low flow liquid flow meters are essential for monitoring and controlling liquid flow in processes demanding high precision. The Bionetics Corporation provides Rheotherm flow meters, including Rheotherm Model 210 flow meters, which are an excellent—often the only—choice for reliable liquid flow measurement at low flow rates. The Rheotherm Model 210 liquid flow meters operate on the principle of thermal mass flow measurement.
Bionetics Rheotherm - Model 210 - Thermal Low Flow Gas Meters
Low flow gas flow meters are designed to measure the gas flow in pipelines at low flow rates. These low flow gas flow meters are employed in processes demanding high precision. Their compact design allows for seamless integration directly into gas pipelines. The Bionetics Corporation offers Rheotherm low-flow gas meters for measuring gas flow in small lines, typically 1″ or smaller, with flow rates from a few hundred standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) down to 25 standard cubic centimeters per minute (SCCM). For flow measurement in larger pipes and ducts, you can consider our Duct Flow Meters.
Bionetics Rheotherm - Thermal Duct Flow Meters for Air & Gas
Rheotherm flow sensing probes for duct gases are easy to install and provide long-term service with little or no maintenance. These thermal mass flow meters monitor stack gas, digester gas and vent air. The output can be in mass, standard volume or velocity units. Our thermal mass flow meters are designed for easy installation and provide years of maintenance-free service. Options for hazardous locations (intrinsically safe/explosion-proof) are available.
Bionetics Rheotherm MaxExtractor - Extraction Monitor System
An extraction monitor is a crucial device in the botanical oil extraction process, optimizing yield, purity, and efficiency. At Bionetics Corporation, we offer the Rheotherm® MaxExtractor, an innovative solution that enhances the efficiency and productivity of botanical oil extraction systems. The Rheotherm® MaxExtractor is a thermal properties sensor that tracks the changes in the properties of the fluid as the extraction progresses from pure solvent to a solvent with oil extract. Using the MaxExtractor, you can monitor the oil extraction rate from plant matter and determine when the process is complete. This botanical oil extractor monitor also provides crucial data, enabling process refinement, cost savings, and improved throughput.
Bionetics RHEODAPT - Model 210 - Multi-Variable Process Meter
For most industries, the desire is to increase production from existing facilities and achieve greater process throughput, better product quality, higher profitability and improved safety. To achieve these goals, accurate and reliable measurement of process fluids is critical. In many industrial processes, process parameters such as temperature, pressure, density, or other process fluid properties may vary throughout operation. These variations may result in error and inaccuracy in flow measurement or other issues such as unsafe operating conditions, damage to equipment, loss of production efficiency, or reduced product quality.
Condenser Instruments - Condenser Pressure and Temperature Instruments
Bionetics - Pressure and Temperature (PT) Probe
Bionetics Pressure and Temperature (PT) probes allow theses two measurements to be made within the steam space providing a more accurate determination of actual condenser pressure. The integrated temperature sensor of the PT probe is used to verify the correctness of these two independent measurements. The instrument is installed through a ball valve assembly, which accommodates easy online maneuverability. These instruments are designed for long-term, reliable use in steam surface condenser performance monitoring applications, new condenser commission testing and short-term condenser performance evaluations.
Bionetics - Additional Temperature and Pressure Instruments
In addition to several available Bionetics-designed condenser instruments, a number of other test-grade instruments are used to measure the key parameters needed to fully understand the performance of your condenser. The high quality measurements provided by these instruments help to correctly identify the problem areas within the condenser and related systems (vacuum equipment, circulating water) and enable the impact of the issues to be quantified along with identification of potential areas for improvement.
Bionetics - Condenser Water Flow Monitoring
Bionetics offers an approach to measuring circulating water flow in steam surface condensers: Total Flow Monitoring: This approach uses an engineered system that measures differential pressures in the piping to infer flow rate. This system is referenced in the ASME PTC 12.2 guideline, is recommended for all power generating facilities, and provides a practical and cost-effective approach to measuring total cooling water flow.
