Our professional engineers will consult with your company and thoroughly study your operation to provide the proper technology selection and all the necessary pre-project and aftermarket support services needed to satisfy both present and future requirements.
RTO Media Cleaning
Keeping your RTO clean of unwanted residue can improve efficiency. RTOs are used to destroy harmful emissions (VOCs) produced by certain manufacturing processes. While many VOCs are safely destroyed using thermal oxidation, a residue can build up in the combustion chamber and must be cleaned for optimal RTO performance.

Reduce Risk: Replace your Outdated or Obsolete PLC system
The importance of keeping your programmable logic controller (PLC) updated has never been greater. Equipment downtime costs your company money. A PLC upgrade is one of the most important improvements you can make to keep your equipment maintained and running efficiently. The risk of incurring lost production time becomes higher with older PLC systems. With parts becoming obsolete, and lost time looking for replacement parts just to get you by, equipment downtime is inevitable. A failed PLC could cost you several days or even weeks of lost production time. By proactively upgrading to a new PLC system, you can minimize or eliminate the unplanned downtime caused by an unsupported or obsolete platform.
*Prevent equipment downtime while sourcing hard-to-find components
*Increase equipment reliability
*Enhance operator interface functions
The CMM Group can provide a replacement PLC, new preassembled and programmed racks, HMI and control modifications, or programming.

Worry-free Maintenance, Risk-free Operation
Customized preventive maintenance packages by The CMM group fit your maintenance and budget needs! Plant managers know the importance of having well-maintained equipment. they know that taking pro-active steps to keep their equipment running safely and efficiently is top priority. They also know that time spent searching for potentially obsolete or outdated components can cause lost production time. Facilities may or may not have in-house personnel available to perform preventive maintenance.
Any equipment with specific safety, insurance or regulatory requirements must have regular maintenance/inspections. Identifying and correcting potential operating concerns before they happen is the whole point of taking preventive measures. If equipment performance issues are occurring and operating costs are starting to rise, pm is probably overdue.
Our technicians have the knowledge and resources to provide your company with complete preventive maintenance and inspection services.

Is your current VFD obsolete or failing?
Avoid unplanned production interruptions with an updated VFD. A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is an industry standard device used to control the speed and torque of a motor by varying the voltage and frequency supplied to a motor. VFDs are used on a wide range of motors regardless of size. This technology not only offers improved process control--VFDs can result in significant energy savings. Don't ignore these signs of trouble: *improper sizing or application *power surges or interruptions *drive faults *poor environmental operating conditions *obsolete components
Many of our customers have realized energy savings from using VFDs through reduced electrical consumption and improved reliability. Motor speeds are automatically adjusted using instrumentation to maintain specific parameters--as the process changes so does the motor speed. Whether you are using a volumetric damper, manual damper, or have an older existing VFD to control your motors, A VFD upgrade offers many benefits.
RTO Insulation Repair or Replacement
Insulation Repair in your RTO can help avoid catastrophic failure!
Have you noticed missing or discolored paint on your Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) shell? Don't ignore this warning sign!
A hot spot is the result of heated air inside the combustion chamber or media tower reaching the shell of the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer. this has several causes.
Read more about the causes of a hot spot in your insulation, and find out how to repair it.
