Engineered originally for use an automotive parts washer, the Cyclone 2.2 is also popular with diesel component rebuilders and in new manufacturing work cells. It is available with all the options and cleaning power of the largest MART power washing systems.  The Cyclone 2.2 can be installed in the middle of the plant, without a floor drain, yet can wash, fresh water rinse and apply RP without discharging solution outside the cabinet for treatment or disposal.  It is environmentally safe and is designed to meet EPA and OSHA requirements.

Designed for automotive shops that rebuild engines, transmissions, and components, the Cyclone 30 is an auto parts washer that can prewash a complete engine before dismantling.  Of course, its power has also made it popular for applications like cleaning diesel heads and components and aircraft bearings for recycling.  It is also ideal for work cells in new manufacturing applications because it is a closed loop system that can wash, fresh water rinse and apply RP without discharging solution for treatment or disposal.  The Cyclone 30 is available with a retractable turntable, single lift door, or double lift door as well as Hi-Profile model that has a 55” tall work height.

Originally designed for over-road truck transmission and carrier rebuilders, The Tornado 40 has become very popular with truck component and off-road rebuilders like Caterpillar and Komatsu, as well as many rail shops. Its versatile nature and excellent cleaning power have made it a very popular industrial parts washer with one version even washing air cooled jet engine turbine blades.  It is available with a retractable turntable or dual lift door as well as a Hi-Profile model that has a 63” work height.

The Pump Pressure Control Valve allows the operator to adjust the solution flow and pressure that discharges from the nozzles. The Pressure Gauge indicates the amount of pressure. Reducing the pressure decreases the volume of flow. The Valve will not slip, so pressure remains exactly as adjusted. When the Control Valve is fully closed, a by-pass allows the minimum solution flow necessary to prevent damage to the Pump system.

Sound barrier surrounds the pump motor lengthening the transmission path and thus reducing the noise that travels to an operator`s or service person`s ears. Barrier is made of steel frame covered with sheet metal and insulated with sound absorbing materials. Barrier mounts to pump reservoir.
