Compressed Air Condensate Drains - Solenoid Timer Drains
Vertical Automatic Drain Valve Time Controlled Model
The Powerflow auto drain is the most economic and efficient method of discharging unwanted condensate from Compressed Air Systems. Removal of condensate from compressed air systems is a critical maintenance requirement. Failure to carry out regular draining results in serious disruption to production schedules, deterioration in product quality, damage to sensitive pneumatic equipment, etc. The auto drain eliminates the risk of human error and possible costly aftermath by providing regular system drainage. The Powerflow Auto Drain reliably discharges accumulated fluids from filters, dryers, driplegs, receivers, separators and other collection points to keep downstream operations free of liquid contaminants.
Compressed Air Condensate Drains - Electronic Level Drains (No Loss Drain)
Electronic Level Drains System
The ELDV uses Powerflow Electronics smartCAP™ sensors for condensate detection, the sensor body is incorporated into a stem that that can be manufactured into any length to suit specific applications.
Compressed Air Condensate Drains - Oil Free Mechanical No Loss Drain
Mechanical No Loss Drain
The Mechanical No Loss Drain removes harmful condensate from receiver tanks, aftercoolers, dryers, filters and drip legs.
Compressed Air Condensate Drains - Mech High Level Drain
Combination Valve Unites
With the simplest ideas often being the best the P861-MHDV series is a evolutionary leap forward in condensate management. Based on the standard ¾” ball valve, this combination valve unites the main compressed air outlet with a secondary 3/8” manual condensate drain. When plumbed to the bottom of the compressed air receiver can efficiently and easily, with Zero maintenance drain condensate.
Automation Solutions - Electrical/Electronic Controllers for Aeration Systems
Electrical/Electronic Controllers for Aeration Systems
This is a multi-channel PLC based control unit. Fully customisable. Contact Powerflow for more information.
Timers - Solenoid Valve Timer
Repeat Cycle Solenoid Timer
Upon application of power the timer resets, enters the ON state for a period T1, then switches OFF for a period T2. This cycle repeats until power is removed. These timers are compatible with Powerflow Solenoid Valves. The timers can be sold separately or as a complete assembly.
Solenoid Valves - Direct Acting Solenoid Valve
Direct Acting Solenoid Valve for Machined Body
Inlet - 1/8”. Outlet - 1/8”. Voltage - 12, 24 VDC / 24, 110, 230 VAC. Pressure - 0 - 17.21 bar (0- 250 psi). Thread type - BSP, NPT. Serviceability - No.
Motorized Ball Valves - Programmable Motorized Ball Valves
Brass Programmable Motorized Ball Valve
The Powerflow Motorized Ball Valve/Drain Valve offers users a nonblock approach to condensate removal from compressed air systems. Removal of condensate from compressed air systems is a critical maintenance requirement. Failure to carry out regular draining results in serious disruption to production schedules, deterioration in product quality, damage to sensitive pneumatic equipment, etc. The Powerflow Motorized Ball Valve/Drain Valve offers an open time of
