This series of reliable machines are of robust construction and designed for use where air/gas is required for plant or machinery at pressures upto 285 mbar with a low noise level. Ancillary Equipment includes: Inlet Air Filter, Pressure Relief Valves, Non-Return Valves, Flexible Connectors, Additional Silencers, Pressure Gauges, Shock Insulation Mountings, Thermometers, Flow Regulating Valves, Discharge Air Coolers, Vacuum/ Pressure Combined Valves.

The sliding blade design employed in these machines is an efficient and simple method of supplying medium volumes of air and gases at low pressure differentials. The once through lubrication system with isolated bearings makes these ideal for handling aggressive gases including Digester and Landfill.

The diaphragm design of the D/416 series compressors ensures absolutely oil-free air and gas delivery without leakage from pistons or seals.
Duplex, type 2D/416 versions give increased flow rates. Gas compressors packaged to IGE/UP/2 are also available for a variety of gases.

The HD series is comprised of six heavy duty watercooled machines designed for continuous running under arduous conditions, suitable for air or gas applications.  Rugged construction coupled with many years of development ensures long life and high efficiency for these compressors that are available as bareshaft or complete packaged units. The simple design of the rotary vane compressor with few moving parts ensures operational reliability, low noise levels and minimal maintenance.

This range of three oil free rotary sliding vane machines incorporates IP54 motors, with Models T4.8 running at 2800 r.p.m. and T4.10 and T4.16 at 1420 r.p.m. All motors are suitable for 50/60Hz supply with wide voltage ranges. Suitable for pressures up to 1 bar.g or 850 mbar vacuum, they are designed for continuous operation, giving long vane life and noise levels not exceeding 62dB`a`. Compressors are fitted with an intake filter and a pressure relief valve. Vacuum pumps are complete with an inlet pipeline filter and a vacuum relief valve.

This range of quiet running Turbo gas boosters are available in 1,2,3,4 and 5 stage forms and have been developed to run continuously under full load conditions delivering a wide variety of gases at reasonably high pressures. The shaft is sealed to isolate the bearings. All machines have aluminium housing, interstage casing and impeller.
