Recognising the need to safeguard thermocouple sensing elements, we provide a comprehensive range of Thermowells and protection tubes engineered to withstand mechanical damage, corrosion, and contamination. We have been supplying a full range of Gas Turbine temperature sensors for over 40 years. Temperature sensing equipment is used in a number of places within a turbine engine. From the exhaust temperature, burner temperature, oil temperature, to the bearing (Pill type) temperature sensor. Our Pt100 sensors can also be supplied in a high vibration construction for applications such as within compressors, typically used alongside a turbine.

Our sensors are available in single or duplex Thermocouples configurations and 2, 3 or 4 wire RTD’s. Both with options of having in-head transmitters. Our industrial sensors can be supplied with Thermowell pockets in fabricated or solid bar stock construction and we also offer the option of direct mounted transmitters. Various connections are also available, such as flanged or screwed.

Our high pressure thermocouples are manufactured using vacuum brazing techniques. This process maintains quality and consistency, as vacuum brazing is a completely automated and controlled technique, this eliminates human errors during the soldering process.

Manufactured from mineral insulated cable – Diameters from 0.15mm up to 12.7mm for thermocouples, and 1.5mm up to 8mm for PT100 sensors. Miniature temperature sensors come complete with connectors or bare wires for handheld instruments. We also offer a range of other constructions – please enquire.

Multipoint, multilevel temperature sensors for temperature measurement in reactors, vessels and tanks. Multipoint and our unique Proflexi (radial) temperature sensors measure the temperature difference at a determined number of points, over the length of the assembly. This is a robust and accurate method of industrial temperature measurement for a vessel, reactor or tank.

To guarantee and maintain high quality standards we only use the highest quality grade materials. We also manufacture all of our semiconductor thermocouples in a dedicated clean-room – this removes any potential contamination hazards from our processes. Our production processes are underwritten and backed by a fully audited Quality Control System. In addition we supply all semiconductor thermocouples in suitable packing materials to ensure the integrity of the product is retained in transit and that all products are ready to install upon arrival.
