Mechanical Vapour Re-Compression
Thermosag - Mechanical Vapour Recompression (MVR) Evaporator
MVR is a Gas/Vapor Compressor that compresses Water Vapour as well as Polytropic Compression. Increases the pressure and temperature of the gas/vapor emitted. A mechanically powered compressor increases the temperature and pressure of the secondary steam created by the evaporator, which is then used to heat the evaporator before the pressurised secondary steam is condensed to finish the evaporation process. This phenomenon causes the evaporated vapour from the evaporator to compress to the correct level, allowing it to be reused for evaporation. This procedure ensures that more than 98% of the Latent Heat of Evaporated Water is used for re-evaporation.
Dryers
Thermosag - Paddle Dryer
These one-of-a-kind Dryers are used to handle processes involving heat-sensitive materials, such as bringing out free-flowing solids from wet cakes and slurries. As a heating medium, seam or thermal oil are commonly utilised. You may also use hot water or a hot/cold brine. Short Path Distillation

Thermosag has a distinct advantage when it comes to creating equipment that uses thermal, vacuum, and heat transfer technologies. Short Path Distillation systems are well-thought-out pieces of machinery developed to meet the demands of processes in which the characteristics of two liquids to be separated differ on their respective vapour condensation points. As the fluid travels by gravity, agitated and dispersed uniformly across the evaporator wall, the evaporator wall creates the vapours. The vapour steam follows a “short path” from the evaporator chamber to the condenser. The short route distillation method creates vapour from creating vapour pressure because the steam vapour is immediately condensed.
