Thermotron’s WinVCSII Controller has a familiar look and feel and is made specifically for use with an electrodynamic vibration shaker and vibration test system. It is designed in-house by Thermotron software and hardware engineers and offers vibration control and analysis for accurate sine, random, shock, resonant search and dwell, random-on-random, sine-on-random, and sine-on-random capabilities. Real Data Acquisition and Playback (RDAP) allows actual vibration data to be recorded in the field regarding product performance under normal operating conditions. The WinVCS II minimizes training time and makes set up and report generation quick and painless.

The AST-8800 Controller features an intuitive, Windows-based user interface specifcially designed for use with HALT HASS Chambers. The flat screen color monitor displays power spectral density, temperature, and vibration data from a HALT or HASS test. Users define how multiple accelerometers and thermocouples are used to control and monitor stresses delivered to the product under test. The HALT HASS Controller can be configured to monitor run-time on wear items and automatically alert the operator when periodic test chamber maintenance is required.

Thermotron thermal shock chambers are controlled by the 8825 Controller. This climatic chamber controller allows for flexibility and versatility during thermal shock and temperature cycling profile operation. A 12” touchscreen displays the intuitive, Windows®-based operating system. The 8825 Controller allows temperature programs that utilize the chamber’s cold zone to operate as a standard temperature test chamber. The 8825 Controller controls Thermotron’s automatic defrost feature that allows users to set the number of cycles to perform before the chamber will automatically defrost and recondition its refrigeration system.The program status indicator allows the test name, cycle count, elapsed time, and time remaining to be displayed on the controller’s main screen.

The 8200+ Controller features a touchscreen color display, built by Thermotron’s highly-skilled software and hardware engineers specifically for use with an environmental chamber. The user interface is intuitive and supports robust climatic chamber operations and user-selected data access on a single screen.

Thermotron’s 8800 Controller incorporates state-of-the-art controlling, monitoring, graphing, and reporting on a 12” touchscreen for a wide range of  Thermotron environmental test chambers. Data collection and operation are intuitive and reliable with a Windows-based interface.
