Forced air convection allows a homogenous temperature distribution during all process, which ensures optimal results. 

Therser Wellman supply both gas-fired and electrically heated Lift Off “Top Hat” furnaces, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and over a wide range of load shapes and sizes. The Lift Off “Top Hat” furnace is typically used with cylindrical products, such as steel strip coils or wire coils. It lends itself very well to a vertical stack loading arrangement and generally uses an inner retort to maintain protective atmospheres around the product. Square lift off furnaces are also available depending on product shape. Multiple load bases and common “heating hoods” mean that load bases can be pre-loaded whilst an adjacent base is already in process and then following process completion on the adjacent load base the common heating hood is simply moved across to the pre-loaded base to start the process on the new load. Optimising process output capability/speed as required.
