Broadbent G-Max beam centrifuges are installed in research facilities around the world. Our well-proven and highly respected beam centrifuge range is available in six sizes, from the GT2/0.5 to the large GT150/3.0.

The high-G mineralogy table offers a platform to conduct high gravity, large payload tests in a safe laboratory environment. Primarily aimed at producing high gravity fields for mineralogy research to model deep earth, sub-surface melt processes, the centrifuge also offers a robust platform to accommodate small beam rotors and drum ring channels for lower-G geotechnical modelling.

Broadbent commission new decanter centrifuge pilot plant for producing Bio-Plastics. With many years experience in designing and manufacturing centrifuges for handling polymers separation, we were successfully selected to supply a bespoke engineered solution for handling a new derivative of Bio-Plastic. We see this as a major advancement in process technology and key for future renewable resource

Just recently installed and commissioned 2 large industrial screen bowl decanter centrifuges in Far East. The units are constructed from Duplex Stainless Steel (wetted parts) and incorporate latest screen product wash system.

Broadbent have recently completed the design, manufacture and supply of 8 off large decanter centrifuges for processing BPA (BisPhenol-A) for a prominent Chinese Petrochem Company on their phase 1 project. The process requires separating and washing, BPA crystals from a phenol liquid, at elevated temperatures and pressures.

The Mosaic Company developed the capability to increase the feed to the K2 Potash mill dramatically. To accommodate the additional feed, centrifuge and dryer capacity needed to increase unless the centrifuges could also decrease the load to the dryers. Testing showed the load to the dryers could be reduced by increasing the dewatering efficiency of the centrifuges upstream, however, with the conventional centrifuge design, lowering the moisture also meant reducing the feed and overall capacity of the centrifuges. The existing mill had limited space to add additional centrifuges.

The CL1800, the latest technology in separation of sugar is finding its way home, this amazing piece of machinery is finishing its last trials on the test bed before heading on a ship, to the Central American country of the “Land of the Maya” (El Salvador). The CL1800 centrifugal will be installed in Central Jiboa Factory in the Jiboa Valley. Broadbent’s are so proud to be working with our clients remotely during this difficult situation we are living in with the pandemic.

This Centrifuge was manufactured for one of our valued customers in Louisiana, USA and will be delivered on time, to schedule.  The customer has been a long term partner of Broadbent, trusting in our robust equipment and first class local service. This will be the 6th purchase order and 13th Continuous SPV1220 Centrifuge we have manufactured for our customer, with the first unit delivered back in 1998, demonstrating their faith in our quality manufacture and equipment performance.
