Thomas has dedicated facilities and mobile work cells for complete assembly of products. Highly trained technicians specialize in performing complete assembly procedures outlined in product technical manuals or per OEM detailed procedures. Thomas Instrument is certified to the AS9100RevD standard.

Exceeding expectations with innovative design capabilities.  Thomas Instrument has a fully qualified staff of engineers experienced in all phases of support for mature military flight hardware. Our engineering team has decades of experience in flight controls, structural hardware, hydraulics, pneumatics, precision gearing, gearbox design, clutches, actuators, ballscrews, winches, repair and overhaul, design, development, and testing of military aircraft products.

Thomas Instrument implements Licensing Agreements with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) that allow the OEM to maintain design rights...and profits...without the burden of production responsibilities. OEMs license Thomas to manufacture and sell their product(s) directly to the customer, eliminating further asset utilization.
