Welded Pipe
Threeway Steel - Model SSAW - Spiral Steel Pipe
Spiral welded pipe(SSAW pipe, also called HSAW pipe). The pipe is formed by spiral submerged arc welding technology. Spiral welded pipes are formed using narrower plates or hot rolled coils, which lowers their production costs significantly. The welding line shape like a helix. The spiral welding process permits the production of large-diameter pipes suitable for transporting large volumes of oil and gas. Some SSAW pipes were historically limited to low-pressure applications.
Threeway Steel - Model ERW & LSAW - Straight Seam Welded Pipe
The straight seam welded pipe is mainly divided into ERW steel pipe and LSAW steel pipe. And the welding methods are different: high-frequency welding, arc welding, etc.
Steel Pile
Threeway Steel - Steel Pipe Sheet Pile
The steel pipe sheet pile is made up of steel pipes with joints welded onto them. It can be used to make a circular, oval, or rectangular-shaped well foundation that combines the functions of foundation piles and a cofferdam. They are then arranged in a planar fashion in an enclosed form. And filling the joint pipes of the steel pipe sheet piles with mortar and providing their heads with rigid connection by means of footing allows a group of steel pipe sheet piles to behave as an integral foundation. This type of foundation is employed with many bridges and big steel structure projects. Because of the large cross-section feature, it can realize a compact foundation design that minimizes interference with water flow.
Threeway Steel - Steel Sheet Pile
The steel sheet pile is made up of a steel sheet. It is a large cross-section width ensures that the mechanical properties of the cross-section are fully exerted. The cross-section structure is designed reasonably and has a high "quality factor". The steel sheet piles did not affect the use by weather conditions. It has significant environmental protection effects, greatly reducing the amount of borrowed soil and the use of concrete, effectively protecting land resources.
Threeway Steel - Steel Pipe Pile
Steel pipe piles employing circular steel pipes, and tubes play a valuable role as basic materials for civil engineering and construction due to their high strength and uniform quality. The numbers of large-scale construction projects on soft ground or in coastal areas, and of marine civil engineering projects, are also on the increase, making earthquake-resistance of structures an even more important issue. Steel pipe piles can meet all of these requirements. Because they have high strength and earthquake resistance, steel pipe piles can make highly reliable foundations.
Seamless Pipe
Threeway Steel - Cold Drawn Seamless Tube
Cold Drawn Seamless Steel Pipe as implied is made by cold drawing a larger mother seamless pipe, which is generally manufactured through an HFS process. In the Cold Drawn Seamless process, the mother pipe is pulled through a die & plugin cold without any heating. Because of the tool on the outside and inside the surface and tolerances are better in Cold Drawn Seamless. While this is an additional process over HFS, it is necessary to get smaller size pipes that otherwise cannot be manufactured in HFS. Some applications which require close tolerances and smooth surfaces also specify the requirements to be necessarily Cold Drawn Seamless. Cold Drawn Seamless pipes & tubes are extensively used in Heat-Exchanger, Bearing & Automotive sectors.
Threeway Steel - Hot Expanded Seamless Pipe
The hot expanded seamless steel pipe is relatively low density but the contraction of the strong seamless steel pipe can be referred to as thermal expansion. The roughing finishing process for expanding the diameter of a pipe by a cross-rolling method or a drawing method. Steel pipe thickening in a short period can produce non-standard and special types of seamless tubes with low-cost and high production efficiency, the current international developments in the field of tube rolling.
Oil Country Tubular Goods
Threeway Steel - Model API - Casing Pipe
There are seamless and welded steel pipes established the API casing. It`s an important part of the oil drilling process. It is produced according to the API 5CT standard. It is most often used in underground construction projects to encase or protect utility lines from being damaged. It is widely used in cement projects to serve as the structural retainer for the wall of oil and gas wells or wellbore. API casing is an integral part of the oil drilling and completion process. API casing with a good structure and strength to the walls of the good hole so that it doesn`t collapse on itself. It ensures that there is no seepage of oil or natural gas is out of the good hole as these are brought to the surface. It is inserted into a wellbore and cemented to protect both subsurface formations and the wellbore from collapsing and allow drilling fluid to circulate and extract.
Carbon Steel Pipe
Threeway Steel - Model ASTM A139 - Carbon Steel Pipe
This specification covers five grades of electric-fusion (arc)-welded straight-seam or spiral-seam steel pipe in 4" to 92" inclusive with wall thickness up to 1 " inclusive. Pipe having other dimensions may be furnished provided such pipe complies with all other requirements of this specification and the grades of steel of the manufactured pipes. The pipe is intended for conveying liquid, gas, or vapor.
