PVDF is a kind of semi-crystalline polymer, with the short C-F key of bond length and strong bond energy. Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) is a kind of ideal ultrafiltration membrane material. PAN Polymer contains C-N group, with certain antibacterial such as resistant to microorganism’s erode activity. It has good chemical stability and hydrophilic. PAN hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane is widely used in municipal water purification, household water purification, reverse osmosis pretreatment, special separation and other areas.

CC-60 Series column type ultrafitration module is mainly applied to small scale ultrafiltration system or mobile emergency equipment, with membrane material basically comprised of PAN, is widely used in feed water purification, producing water is above Standard of GB5749-2006《Quality and Hygiene standards of the State for Drinking water》. This type of membrane module is partially made of PVDF material and mainly used for reclaimed water reuse.

Hollow fiber ultra-filtration system is composed of pretreatment, feed water pump, hollow fiber ultra-filtration membrane modules, backwashing pump, automatic valve, flow meter, pressure gage, electric cabinet and so on . The UF system are installed all its components on a skid . The skid is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. There are connect space left on the skid for feed water, product water and concentrated water discharge. When the integrated system is transported to customers’ facilities, it enters the working mode and access to working condition as soon as it is connected. The integrated system features in easy transporting and installation, compact and small space. It is mostly used in small scale ground water or surface water purification and special material concentration and separation.

Reverse Osmosis is the reverse process of osmosis and is driven by pressure. Pressure is applied to the feed water, when the pressure is higher than osmotic pressure, the solvent will reverse permeate against the natural penetration direction. Thus the penetrant water will be achieved at the lower membrane side and the concentrated solution will be achieved at the higher pressure side. The RO system normally consists of security filter, high-pressure pump, RO membrane, membrane wall, automatic valve, operating system and monitoring device. The penetrant water is product water directly, and the conductivity is usually < 10μS /cm

Integrative SWRO can suck up deep sea water or offshore seawater which produced water quality is similar to the municipal tap water. MBR is a new waste water treatment technology combining effective membrane separation technique and activated sludge process. Due to membrane units directly immerse in activated liquid mixture, there is no need to built a special secondary sedimentation tank. Compared with conventional biochemical water treatment, MBR has high treatment efficiency and good permeating water quality. MBR system, with small floor space, is easy to achieve automatic control, convenient operation and management. On the one hand, the membrane intercepts the micro organism in reaction tank, increasing the density of the activated sludge and leading to more quickly and completely degrading of sewage; On the other hand, thanks to the high filtering precision, the product water quality can be assured.

With good biodegradability, domestic sewage is mainly derived from bath waste water, kitchen waster water and toilet-flushing water, usually applies A/O, Anoxic/Oxic treatment, effectively reduces content of COD, BOD and NH-N and meets the national discharged standard of sewage. Moreever, deeper treatment with M/F, Multi media filtration/ Ultrafiltration can further remove sewage suspensions and organic matter, decrease the sewage turbidity and chroma. The deeper treated waste water can be used as domestic miscellaneous water for washing cars, flushing toilet, greenery and architecture water usage, etc.
