Jeonsure direct wire wrap screen is a high-strength wrap-on- pipe sand screen which is designed to be used in a wide range of oil, gas,  water, and disposal wells. Jeonsure direct wire wrap screen’s construction incorporates an all- welded, high-strength screen jacket that is wrapped directly onto the base pipe, creating an interference fit between the jacket and base pipe. The end ring is not welded directly to the jacket, but to a c-ring shrunk tightly to the jacket to prevent damage to the gauge. The lower end of the end ring is then welded to the base pipe. Jeonsure direct wire wrap screen`s unique construction provides torque and bend ratings for assured screen performance after installation in today`s long, deviated and commonly tortuous wells.

The wire-wrapped screen consists of perforated pipe, outer jacket ,end ring and centralizer. Key-stone or house shape wires are simultaneously wrapped and welded to form uniform slots. The jacket is then placed over perforated pipe and welded to each end. The JEONSURE wire-wrapped screen’s strength, high quality and precise slot control make it an excellent choice for deep, vertical wells as well as horizontal wells.

Slots are made on base pipes with large ID/OD ratio. High mechanical strength, high flexibility to allow adequate bending, which makes it applicable in complicated well conditions, and can be used in open-hole horizontal well completion for sand control. Low cost in manufacture and downhole installations. Open hole area: 2%-6%. Base pipe: J55, N80, P110, etc.

Insert premium screens consist of Premium discs that are flush mounted and secured into the base pipe, thereby creating an economical screen that is significantly stronger than slotted liner and offers much greater open flow area (OFA). Insert premium screen’s cost-effective geometry provides significantly more torsion, compression, and collapse strength than slotted liner, which is crucial for horizontal wells, especially thermal wells such  as  SAGD. The standard cartridges (discs) are 1.0 inch (25.4 mm) diameter and 0.25 inches thick, and made of many layers of 316L stainless steel sintered mesh—all  fusion  bonded  together  to   provide high permeability and strength.  Smaller discs are available for thin-walled pipes.
