The whole process of automatic blank mask production includes 1-6 layers of fabric automatic alignment feeding, nose clip cutting and feeding (optional), pattern embossing, automatic printing(optional), pairing folding, edge sealing, and cutting. Richpeace self developed computer control system, equipped with touch screen operation panel, stable and easy to operate. Optional automatic inkjet printing device is stable and reliable with clear printing. Embossing roller can be customized according to customer requirements.

Fully automatic production line includes raw material feeding, cup forming, filter layer pre-forming, edge sealing and cutting, transferring to pad printing, sponge strip sticking, automatic external nose clip, headband stapling (optional headband welding), ultrasonic breath valve welding (optional), Manipulator grab and mask transmission.

Masks are welded and formed at one time, the surface layer, the filter layer and the bottom layer up to 3-6 rolls of material are automatically aligned into the feeding, automatically embedded the nose bridge, automatic welding pattern, automatic sorting of finished products and waste materials, saving labor and high efficiency.

Mask feeding, headband welding, and finished masks collection are fully automatic controlling. Headband welding is running continuously with high efficiency, welding joint is firm and beautiful. Manual placing the masks into the mould, then welding complete automatically.

Standalone servo motor control system, bag length can be set then cut. Human machine touch screen interface, convenient and fast to set parameter. Self-diagnosis function for troubleshooting, display problem is clear at a glance. High-sensitivity photoelectric color mark tracking, digital input sealing and cutting position, make the seal & cut positions are more accurate. Standalone PID temperature control, better suits for various packing material. Positioning stop function, not sticky cutter, no wastage of material. Simple & clean transmission system, more reliable working, easy for maintenance job. All controls are fulfilled by programmable device, convenience on function adjustment and technical update, satisfied the intelligent operation.

Welding spot is firm, smooth and beautiful. Suitable for surgical clothing waist belt dotting. Spot welding pressure and welding time can be adjusted to meet various welding requirement. Work immediately after power on, no need to warm up.

Adopts ultrasonic welding method to fold and form the shape. Double elastic or triple elastic shoe cover can be produced with changing the mechanical mould. Built-in PLC program control, which is high stability, low failure rate and qualified deceleration brake motor, effectively reduce the product defective rate. Adjustable material racking, convenient to adjust position of material reel and control the tension for material reel, then improve product quality. Friendly human-machine interface, only one person can operate.
