Wheeled loaders are work machines that competently perform tasks with the help of a wide range of attachments. The applications can be so various that air brake systems are also used in combination with trailer hitches. With this special equipment, wheeled loaders can be used even more flexibly.

Knotter cleaning systems provide for the efficient cleaning of the knotters during the pressing process to ensure less downtime in the field. The cleaning intervals are adjustable via the optional timing relay. This function may also be fully integrated in the machine`s software (operator panel).

These cleaning systems are mainly used where an efficient cleaning of the turbocharger or engine compartment is to be achieved. By means of specifically arranged nozzle bars in a wide variety of areas, an efficient reduction of the risk of ignition due to deposits in the engine compartment can be achieved. The cleaning intervals are adjustable via the optional timing relay.

In addition to the standard air brake systems, Tietjen also offers trailer hitch systems for retrofitting. Solutions have been developed for the most diverse types: With trailer hitch types, e.g. Ø38 mm or Ø50 mm bolts. Automatic or fixed couplings. K80 coupling.
