TMCFS offers belt-driven and direct-coupled Centrifugal Blowers and Centrifugal Fans for pressure and vacuum duty applications.

Regenerative Blowers are designed based on the regenerative principle. The impeller blades passing the inlet port of the blower draw air (or other gasses) in the the blower. The impeller blades then, using centrifugal action, speed up the air outward and forward. This is where the regenerative principle takes into effect. Each regeneration imparts more pressure to the air. When the air reaches a stripper section at the outlet, it is stripped from the impeller and diverted out of the machine. Regenerative blowers can be used for both Pressure and Vacuum applications.

In recent years, the need for a blower to delivery larger flow rates at higher differential pressure has become an essential requirement in many industries.

A complete range of Tri-Lobe Blowers are available for flow rates from 6-cfm (10-m³/hr) through to approximately 9,000-cfm (15,000-m³/hr) in a single stage arrangement and up to any capacity in parallel configurations. These Tri-Lobe Blowers are ideally suited for working pressures of up to 14.2-psi (1-kg/cm²). Tri-Lobe Blowers are available as total package units, ready to install or as bare blower units for replacement.

A complete range of standard Air Blowers are available. Flow rates range between 15-cfm (approx. 25-m³/hr) through 6,000-cfm (10,000-m³/hr) in single stage and up to any capacity in parallel configuration for working pressure range up to 14-psi (approx. 1-kg/cm²).

TMC Fluid Systems manufactures air knives in both Aluminum and Stainless Steel. The "XJ" type High-Efficiency Aluminum AirKnife and the "XJS" type High-Efficiency Stainless Steel AirKnife are engineered and manufactured to provide maximum efficiency. These AirKnives come standard in 3" diameter and 4" diameter inlets. For certain applications, due to design requirements or space contraints, we can also provide AirKnives with 2" diameter inlets.

Dry Vacuum Pumps are the newest development in the vacuum pump industry. They offer a number of advantages over the traditional vacuum pump designs. There is in contact “NO OIL / NO WATER” with the process vapours, therefore they are considered extremely environment friendly.

A sliding vane compressor is a rotary type compressor. What that means is that it is a rotating device that is used to compress gas. In other words, a rotary vane compressor is a machine that forces air or explosive gas (flammable gas or combustive gas) through spinning blades to create compressed gas. This dense air/gas machine is normally used to produce continuous mechanical energy.
