TMVT introduces the new 3MTL series of Three Lobe Roots Blowers having a capacity of 5 m3/hr to 60,000 m3/hr for discharge pressure up to 1 bar and vacuum up to -0.5 bar. Owing to `THREE LOBES` Rotor design, the discharge pressure variation is much lower compared to that of a conventional 2 lobes Rotor, resulting in less pulsation, thereby reducing vibration, noise, power consumption, and increasing the life of rotating parts like bearings and gears.

TMVT introduces the revolutionary High Speed Gearless Turbo Blower, equipped with the state-of-the-art Non-contact Air Bearing and High Precision Direct-coupled Aerodynamic Impeller. The machine is driven by the Latest Energy Efficient Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. The rotation speed is varied by the optimally customized Variable Frequency Drive to control the flow or pressure. Real-time monitoring of the complete system is done by the Programmable Logic Controller having a user friendly touch screen Human Machine Interface built in a sound proof enclosure package.

TC type radial turbo compressors are modern flow machines for compression of large quantities of air or gas from 1,500 to 60,000 m3/h with pressure up to 2.5 bar g. Spatial technology machining of the impeller blades ensures high compression efficiency (over 85%) and high general efficiency. There are two modular types TCH & TCB consisting of Hydrodynamic journal bearings and Ceramic angular Ball bearing respectively. Dry screw vacuum pumps operate with two screw rotors rotating in opposite directions. This traps the medium to be pumped between the cylinder and the screw chambers and Transports it to be the gas discharge. Vacuum is formed by the principal of suction, Compression and discharging through passing regular intervals of two small pitches. Hybrid Combined Variable Pitch is a screw type to remedy the disadvantage of Single pitch and adjustable-pitch compare to conventional single pitch.

Material Of Construction: Considering corrosive conditions of gas to be handled, construction of the vacuum pump is selected. It is available in complete cast iron, complete S.S., partial S.S. or partial bronze construction.
