Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. (TWE)was founded in 1993 by Zeki A. Tolunay, PE, and Daniel O. Wong, PhD, PE, with a vision of becoming a premier, multi-disciplinary consulting firm in Houston, Texas. Over the past 20 years, we have grown from a small staff to over 250 engineers, scientists, technicians, and support personnel located in offices throughout Texas and Louisiana. Since our inception, we have remained committed to our founding principles – to partner with our clients in providing high quality, economical, and timely services. Our commitment is measured by over 20 years of continuous service, investment in sustained growth, and continuity of key senior staff.
