Tomal AB Feeders are volumetric multi-screw feeders for reliable discharge and accurate metering of solids. The unique construction of Tomal AB multi-screw feeders make them excellent metering devices for both granular and arch-forming materials.

PolyRex is a turn-key automated system for batchwise preparation and metering of polymer solutions, either powdered or liquid chemicals. PolyRex uses a step-by-step mixing system to effectively hydrate and mix the polymer to a homogenous and fully activated solution.

Tomal AB manufactures pneumatic conveying systems and feeding equipment for powders and granulates. Typical applications incorporating Tomal AB feeders are pneumatic conveying systems for flue gas cleaning, where different chemicals are injected into the flue gas. Common chemicals are lime, limestone, sodium bicarbonate, activated carbon and recirculated lime. The plants are mainly delivered turn-key from our workshop in Sweden and include silos or big bag emptiers.

The Tomal AB Big Bag Discharger is designed both for reusable and disposable big bags. Combined with Toma AB’s multi-screw feeder, you have a complete unit for big bag handling and metering of solids with control over arch-building.
