Our “T” (Tough) series pumps are designed for a wide band of slurry applications. They are generally used for slurries containing high concentrations of abrasive solids and where a tough, heavy duty pump is required. This series of slurry pump also has multiple impeller and sealing options available for each pump size. This wide assortment facilitates better hydraulic selection and proper application.

Our "P" (Pressure) Series slurry pumps are specifically designed for high pressure applications, with a 750 PSI casing rating. These pumps are capable of providing up to 230 PSI at the pump discharge, in a single stage, and pumping high density slurries.

Our uniquely designed clarifier/thickener provides maximum underflow density capability of up to 70% w/w solids content, and maximum flow capacity of up to 7000 GPM. Our design effectively separates the settling, dewatering and compaction functional volumes effectively eliminating the high torque conditions frequently suffered with traditional thickeners. The TPH HC-A clarifiers are not sensitive to oversize fractions and not prone to plugging. These units are completely prefabricated and can be erected in as little as one day.

The TPH high flow rate thickeners follow the traditional approach of modern high flow rate thickener design, primarily focused on drastically reducing the size of conventional thickeners. Our all-steel high-rate thickeners utilize an elevated inclined floor fitted to a circular tank. Our thickeners are fitted with a proprietary designed feed-well and feed velocity break-box, as well as proven & reliable electro-mechanical center-driven mud rakes.

The TPH Deep Cone Thickener is perfect for lower flow applications and portable wash plants. It achieves high density underflow solids and has an integrated cyclone support structure.. This system automatically discharges the high-density underflow solids through an automated pneumatic pinch valve system.

With a Ton’s Per Hour, Inc.  fully automatic filter press, you are ensured maximum reliability coupled with the most efficient solids removal and water recovery available in the industry. Applicable for  both dry stack fine tailings/refuse and dry solid concentrate duties, a TPH filter press will provide you with the high through-put and reliable unit you need. TPH has recently placed filter presses in the coal, silica, limestone, granite, iron ore, gold mining, spherical graphite, ash and other critical industries .

Tons Per Hour, Inc. manufactures robust dewatering screens for production material dewatering, marketable product beneficiation and ultra-fines recovery material. Our screens process a wide variety of materials. We offer standard sizes as well as custom-sized solutions. (standard : 3`x10`, 4`x10`, 5`x12`, 6`x16`, 8`x12`, and 8`x14`).

Tons Per Hour, Inc. offers a full range of fines recovery, scrubbing and classification cyclones. Both traditional hydro-cyclones and vacuum/syphon assisted cyclones for reducing underflow moisture and sand stacking applications.

Flocculants and coagulants, along with a number of other organic and inorganic compounds, are used for settling, flotation, collection and clarifying of solids in industrial slurries.
