TorcSill’s ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility in Houston, TX produces our standard line of helical pile products and components, as well as job-specific products to meet any client need. As an American Welding Society D1.1 facility, our in-house quality control professionals ensure product quality through focus on material and design, fabrication, inspection and qualification. Our certified welders operate in a world class shop, utilizing the latest in fabrication and robotic technology. All raw materials are sourced in collaboration with our Engineering TEAM, and only new steel material is used – never reclaimed or reused steel pipe.
