Agitated Filter Dryers - Nutsche Filters

Filter dryers are used to perform the following operations in one single piece of equipment: Mixing, extraction, filtering, solvent removal. Vacuum or pressure filter units are used for fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing and the perfume industry. Discharge by side chamber lock or powder aspiration system. The range extends from the 10-liter laboratory model (0.03m²) up to 10 cubic meters ( 6 m²).

Rectification Units & Perfumery equipment

Tournaire’s Equipment Division designs batch and continuous rectification units at atmospheric pressure or under vacuum down to 0.5 mbar absolute, for fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, perfumery, and effluent and solvent processing.

Stationary or Stirred Batch Extractors

Tournaire has developed a range of stationary or stirred batch extractors for the processing of an extremely varied range of raw materials: from the most fragile flowers to bulk or crushed materials, for the perfume industry, pharmaceuticals or the food processing sector.

Distillation Equipment & Materials for Distillation

Tournaire manufactures a full range of batch distillation and hydro-distillation units working under pressure or at atmospheric pressure. The extraction of essential oils by steam distillation was the starting point for the creation of the Tournaire company, which has continued to improve its product offering ever since. Tournaire’s Equipment Division today offers the widest and most effective range on the market and supports clients in all their projects, from upstream pre-design phases through to the commissioning of units capable of processing several tens of tonnes per day.

Single-Plate Vacuum or Pressure Filters

The function of these units is to clarify liquids or separate out suspended solids of all types. Various types of filter elements are used: synthetic fabrics, cellulose, single or multi-layer metals.

Model 9m6 - Filter

This is particularly suitable for sampling and packaging sensitive products. The 9M6™ range in aluminium 1070A provides great protection for your products. This monobloc packaging preserves your product’s freshness.

Model Ap25 / Ap28 - Filter

Capacity: between 20ml and 315ml. With their small openings, these containers are particularly suited to packaging sensitive liquids. PilferProof 25/28 flasks are made from aluminium 1070A, offering good impact and tear resistance. This packaging protects your product from gas, moisture and light.

Model 9M6 - Perfumery and Well-Being

Capacity: between 19ml and 160ml. This is particularly suitable for sampling and packaging sensitive products. The 9M6™ range in aluminium 1070A provides great protection for your products. This monobloc packaging preserves your product’s freshness.

BOXES - Model CC - Perfumery and Well-Being

Capacity: between 125ml and 12.5L. Particularly suited to packaging solid, powdered or viscous products, this range of aluminium 1050A or 1070A tins with lids provides impact and tear resistance as well as a 100% UV barrier. It maintains your product’s quality and freshness.

Flexspout - Model 1.35L and 26L - Crimping Closures Bottles

Capacity: between 1.35L and 26L. The Flexspout® range of bottles is specially designed for transporting and emptying liquid and viscous products. The necks are designed for Flexspout® crimping closures.
