The TQ32 Area Alarm Panel enables the group monitoring of commonly used refrigerant gases such as R410A in areas with air conditioning systems etc., using the TQ31 Refrigerant sensor. It is designed to monitor a group of sensors in a specific area or floor and give an indication if any of its sensors have gone into alarm. The TQ32 Area Alarm Panel will provide a local visual and audible alarm indication when any of its connected room sensors have entered the alarm state. It can also provide outputs for remote monitoring, reception or security stations for example as well as providing a plant trip signal. There are 32 sensor inputs as standard, expandable to 64 inputs with the addition of an extra Sensor Input Board.

A wall mounted single point gas detection cotroller with display alarm LED relays and buzzer. The unit has a 4-20mA output for remote undication if required. RS485 MODBUS output is also available giving concentration values and alarm state. The TQ126 can be used with a range of sensors to detect flammable, toxic gasses and oxygen depletion.

The TQ31 Halocarbon Gas Detector enables the detection of commonly used refrigerant gases in air conditioning systems and refrigerators such as R-134a, R-404a, R-407c, and R-410. The TQ31 Halocarbon Gas Detector is designed to provide a visual alarm indication and an audible alarm indication when the presence of halocarbons is detected where the concentration is above a preset Alarm Set-Point.

Halocarbon gas detector alarm level pre-set to 8000ppm available in white, black, and stainless.

The TQ8000 is housed in an IP54 rated metal, wall mounted enclosure, with entry for field cabling through the bottom gland plate. The alarm and fault status of each channel is displayed on the front panel. Each channel has 2 user defined alarm thresholds, which operate the front panel LED’s and the internal sounder. Operator interface controls are available internally for the adjustment of alarm set points, channel inhibit, relays, and calibration span and zero. These controls are customer configurable and password protected. All units are supplied with a comprehensive manual detailing installation, maintenance and easy to follow operating instructions.

Robust stainless steel housing, makes these sensors suitable for hostile environments e.g. offshore, petrochemical works. High thermal mass, provides exceptional zero stability. Flameproof (EExd) suitable for Zones 1 & 2 applications No IS barriers required. Two-wire 4-20mA transducer Compatible with industry standard controllers.

TQ32 Refrigerant Area Alarm Panel; Is typically used to detect the presence of Refrigerant gases commonly used in air conditioning systems or CO2 build up. Individual room sensors are connected to a TQ32 Area Alarm panel, situated conveniently on each floor. Local indication of room number and simple operator controls for ease of use. Configurable alarm relays allow sensor to be grouped together to provide trip signals for individual corridors if needed. If required several TQ32 Area Alarm panels, covering individual floors can be linked  to a central TQ34 Indicator panel to raise the alarm at a reception desk or security station for example.
