TRAC VAC - Model 2116 - Truck Loader Vac
The Model 2116 (Pictured)features a 16HP Briggs and Stratton V-Twin electric start engine, heavy duty larger air turbine, 10 feet of 10 inch diameter hose with hose support for ease of handling, a rock trap assembly to keep larger objects that may damage turbine assembly out of the turbine housing, a 5-gallon gas tank, and its own battery mounted to the vac frame. Recommended for pickup trucks 3/4 ton or larger. Only for use with a frame mounted reese hitch, not for use with the swing-away bumper or tailgate mounts. Trac Vac Truck Loaders have the following support options. Swing-away bumper mount bolts to bumper and allows operator to `swing` truck loader out of the way of the tailgate for unloading of debris. Not for use with 2116.

A 6.5 HP Briggs and Stratton Intek I/C engine powers the six-bladed air turbine for maximum air flow and pick-up efficiency. The engine features throttle control, stop switch, ball-bearing on the PTO side, electronic ignition, oil dip-stick and durable lowtone muffler. Optional engines include the Briggs and Stratton 6.5 HP Intek Pro, Kohler CS 6HP, and Honda 5.5HP, engines.

The 6` x 10` x 6` container has a bolt-together angle iron frame with 20GA galvanized panels on the sides and fine mesh on top. Self-contained battery operated hydraulics feature a dump to 45 degrees and a unique tailgate that automatically un-latches and re-latches itself in conjunction with the dump cycle.A unique rock trap and cleanout are incorporated into the turbine inlet to safeguard from heavy objects passing into the turbine housing, and a plexiglas panel is featured to monitor load capacity.
