TRAMSPREAD Engine driven pump units can be made to individual requirements and specifications. Options - include radio control, flow meters, skid mounted units.

The Bauer long shaft pump is the ideal solution for short distance transfer i.e. from reception pit to larger store or to feed a separator. The stirring nozzle with large swivel range offers enormous stirring performance, breaking up even extremely thick and viscous floating crusts in no time. The pump chops up all solids and stringy materials and mixes them to a homogenous pulp.  Bauer long shaft pumps are available with electric drive (LE) or tractor driven (LP).

Available in spread widths from 8m (single outlet) up to 24m (triple outlet), the TRAMSPREAD spread nozzle applicators are built to a high quality and are fully galvanised. With attention to setting of height and output angle on the twin outlet boom it is possible to produce a spread pattern with a coefficient of variation of below 20% in the field. A low level spread with large droplets ensures even distribution of slurry. Reduced drift eliminates environmental nuisance caused by smell.

The TRAMSPREAD 6m Dribble/12m Twin nozzle spread Combination Bar is one machine capable of performing two duties.

The Krohne Optiflux is the first step in flow monitoring. It can be fitted in the pipeline either close to the pump or on the applicator. It has two totalizers which can be reset and shows the flow rate, normally in cubic metres per hour.

The hydraulic folding TRAMSPREAD Tanker Booms are built to a high quality and are fully galvanised. Attaching booms to most makes of tanker is a simple operation.
