The 3000 Series™ is a high volume trench drain system designed for highway traffic and airport applications. The chemically resistant fiberglass channels allow up to 3,000 GPM of water with proper installation and slope; drainage channels are available with a 1% slope. For special situations, .5%, .75% and 1.25% slopes can be ordered to suit a range of site conditions. The 3000 Series™ channels come in 8 feet lengths with integral stainless steel or zinc-plated steel frames to add durability.  Lightweight channels allow for quick installation. The 3000 Series™ drain can maintain a continuous slope up to 240 feet.  End and bottom outlet adapters connect the drain system to standard 8″ PVC piping.

TDS’s FP1200 Series high volume trench drain is the ideal solution for high volume flow situations such as airports, roadways and seaports.  Designed with the installer in mind, this revolutionary design incorporates full 360° interlocks to minimize installation time. The drain is 12″ wide and comes in both 4′ and 8′ lengths for maximum flexibility.  Flow rates of up to 6700 GPM can be achieved over 120′ of continuous 1% slope.  Grates are available to meet DIN load classes C through F.  Three separate grate options are available that exceed FAA AC150/5320 loading criteria for airports, and all grates meet or exceed AASHTO M-306 loading criteria for roadways.

Hubbell’s Polycast 400 Series is a polymer concrete trench drain system designed for light traffic applications such as sidewalks, patios and tennis courts.  The 400 Series’ non-sloped channels are fitted with galvanized steel slotted grates that can withstand the weight of light vehicles such as lawnmowers and golf carts.  The slotted steel grates are bicycle-safe making them pedestrian friendly. Installing the Polycast 400 Series is made easier with installation chairs, which screw snugly into dimples located at the ends of each channel.  Staked to the ground with rebar, Polycast installation chairs allow contractors and homeowners to secure and adjust channels on site for an easier installation.

Slot Drain’s® Shallow Profile 6000 Series excels in light traffic situations such as swimming pools, courtyards and parks. Available in 14ga stainless steel or galvanized steel, the SP Series starts at a 2-3/4″ invert.  Slot openings range from the ADA compliant 1/2″ to 1″ and the larger 1-1/4″ sizes.
